  • Tildenet acquires Fleximas

    Tildenet have announced that the specialist textiles and netting supplier, Fleximas is now a Tildenet company, following a recent acquisition by the Group.

    As a long established, family run company, the Fleximas ethos mirrors that of Tildenet, with great service and customer care at the forefront of the business.

    Customers of both companies will be able to benefit from the increased breadth of range Tildenet are now able to offer across the whole market and the synergies of the two businesses operating from state of the art facilities in Bristol, which will help ensure a seamless transition and improved service levels.

  • The Tildenet Group Appoints James Hollingworth

    James Hollingworth has joined The Tildenet Group as Product Development Manager working across all their brands.

    With over 12 years experience in the garden sector James has made the move from his previous role as Buyer at Suttons to work on a number of new projects at Tildenet.

  • Tildenet enjoys growing support at Glee 2017

    The show kicked off to a great start with BBC Breakfast broadcasting live from a Haxnicks Sunbubble which took centre stage at the innovative Glee Retail Lab area generating huge interest on the stand.

    After a show which many felt was the most positive for years, Tildenet Gardenware are reflecting on the great reception that they received from visitors to GLEE 2017. With a dramatic (and tall!) new look to the stand, Tildenet were easy to spot in the crowd and many visitors commented on how impressive the look and feel of the stand was - a real indicator of the significant growth seen this year at Tildenet Gardenware.

    The display of consolidated furniture covers in the Bosmere range, defined by a distinctive new livery, attracted praise for the ease with which the customer can now understand the choices available and the response to the new modern look of the refreshed Haxnicks branding was universally positive.

  • Tildenet Gardenware Showcase Growth & Developments across all Brands – Hall 19 Stand G30-H31

    Tildenet's presence at GLEE has grown year on year with Bosmere, Haxnicks and Mainframe brands adding significantly to the Tildenet Gardenware portfolio and continuing to strengthen their offer to retailers.

    Another year of substantial investment in company infrastructure has seen the launch of a new trade website where customers can order directly 24/7 as well as continued significant expansion of the warehouse operation to meet growing demand.

    The GLEE 2017 stand will showcase a full brand refresh for the ever-popular Haxnicks brand and consolidated ranges, updates to packaging and merchandising solutions developed in response to customer feedback in order to help promote retail sales. Building on the success of last year's new look stand, the layout for 2017 has been designed to show retailers exactly how their shop floor can look and how the brands comfortably complement each other side-by-side with the full Tildenet Gardenware range represented.

    Following a year of tremendous growth and progress, Tildenet will be making the most of their prestigious position to showcase all of their brands on Stand 19G30-H31 at Glee 2016.

  • Bosmere Flourishes Under New Ownership

    Since Tildenet acquired Bosmere in December 2015, they have not wasted any time in applying their enviable customer service standards to the new acquisition. Order fulfilment levels are key to the Tildenet organisation and by the end of February, Bosmere had risen from 70% in Spring 2015 to 92.5 % this year.

    Andrew Downey, Managing Director, Tildenet said “We have had strong retailer support for the changes we have implemented. Our new X000sq ft warehouse in Bristol will be on stream very shortly and this will allow us to bring Bosmere in line with Tildenet and provide our customers with 98% stock availability. We have also taken the opportunity to increase our sales team to 13 Agents covering the UK and Republic of Ireland. Our Gardenware Division now comprises Bosmere, Haxnicks and Tildenet brands and provides a ‘one stop shop’ for a huge range of key garden sundries – one order, one delivery, one invoice.”

    All 3 brands are experiencing a positive start to the gardening season from an increased customer base and retailer support as a result of their recent acquisition.

  • Tildenet acquires Bosmere

    Tildenet Ltd, a long established supplier of products to the gardening industry, professional markets and industrial users, has announced the acquisition of Bosmere Products Ltd, one of the best known and respected suppliers to the garden and hardware markets. For over 35 years as a family business, Bosmere has been developing and improving gardening products to meet the aspirational and innovative needs of the nation's gardeners. Products that include their market leading range of outdoor furniture and BBQ covers, an extensive 'Growers Choice' propagation range and a huge garden sundries collection, which is one of the largest in the industry.

    Commenting on the acquisition, Andrew Downey, Managing Director of Tildenet said “We are delighted to have acquired Bosmere, an established brand within the gardening industry and one that is an ideal fit within the Tildenet Group.
